Sue brings more than 20 years of expertise in domestic and international human resources across diverse industries including hospitality, pharmaceutical, high tech, and biotechnology.

Sue’s extensive background in all aspects of Human Resources translates into an ability to quickly work with leaders to create programs and initiatives designed to increase the organization’s overall effectiveness.  A significant passion for Sue is to focus on creating workplaces that attract, develop and retain exceptional people. Examples include managing large scale change initiatives, implementing 360-degree processes, building team effectiveness, facilitating organizational design, coaching leaders, and managing employee engagement surveys.

One of Sue’s strengths is her proven ability to connect with her audience. Her seasoned facilitation skills generate an environment conducive to learning.  She is dynamic and engaging while maintaining a healthy sense of humor and high energy.  Sue is diligent in her preparation and content knowledge, which allows her to effectively focus on the participants’ needs. Sue’s cross-industry, global background provides her with an engaging repertoire of real world examples and stories to draw upon. Her years of experience provide her ample materials for inspiration and motivational stories that drive key messages.

Sue holds an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and lives in Northern California with her husband and two sons.
