  • Our analysis can include a review of your manager performance management system and metrics, job description, competency model and assessment instruments, and any engagement and customer satisfaction data your Drilling company has collected. 

  • BE GREAT LLC interviews members of the target population, their supervisors, training professionals and key line leadership.

  • Interview sessions are normally 45 to 60 minutes for one-on-one discussions and/or 3 to 4 hours for a group session.

  • Next, BE GREAT LLC obtains preliminary approval and verification that the data gathered are correct and complete.

  • Based on this data, we prioritize the identified needs, leverage points, and payoffs.

  • BE GREAT LLC then applies the collected data to create a focused and customized approach designed to build on the strengths of your frontline managers and close their identified and prioritized gaps.
