BE GREAT LLC interviews members of the target population, their supervisors, training professionals and key line leadership.
Interview sessions are normally 45 to 60 minutes for one-on-one discussions and/or 3 to 4 hours for a group session.
Next, BE GREAT LLC obtains preliminary approval and verification that the data gathered are correct and complete.
Based on this data, we prioritize the identified needs, leverage points, and payoffs.
