Shane brings a tremendous amount of client focus to BE GREAT LLC's research effort and product life cycle strategy. As the team’s user experience designer his responsibilities include researching the requirements of frontline managers and designing the tools they need to improve their performance.

 Shane brings significant experience from Silicon Valley, having worked in the enterprise social technology space at Yammer and Microsoft. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience  and psychobiology from UCLA.
