Paul Habegger

Paul specializes in organizational and marketplace research and consulting related to individual, group and organizational performance improvement. He has a great deal of experience in leading behavior-based measurement projects. This includes helping a number of client sales organizations determine what differentiates their exceptional seller and sales managers from average performers and creating measurement tools to assess current proficiency  against the standards of exceptional performance.

Paul has broad industry experience and has served clients in consumer products, technology, entertainment, retail, distribution, financial services, healthcare, media, professional services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and oil & gas.

Paul holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College.
