Asha Knutson, PhD, co-leads BE GREAT LLC's ongoing proprietary research, both quantitative and qualitative, in the area of client-centric supervisory and management performance.  

Asha has devoted her twenty-five year professional career to research applications in the field of managerial and leadership performance improvement. She is an expert in conducting broad Meta studies as well as focused competency analyses. As a practitioner, she has substantial experience in developing competency models, conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum blueprints, and evaluating the effectiveness of a wide variety of management tools and practices.  

Asha earned her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota.
