John Rovens

John is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BE GREAT LLC. He founded the firm over 15 years ago to bring together world class practitioners, authors and training providers under a single entity to serve the frontline manager developmental needs of North American and global corporations. 

John has managed and led several hundred consulting and professional development projects across the leadership competency development spectrum. He has a passion for complex problem solving. 

He has nearly 30 years of consulting and managerial experience. Prior to founding BE GREAT LLC, he had highly successful careers at Learning International/Achieve Global and business and financial acumen development leader Aarthun Performance Group.
